
The long wait is over. After conquering television and being recently tagged as the country’s box-office queen, Bea Alonzo hits the music scene with her first major album under one of the country’s top labels, Star Records!
“Bea Alonzo, The Real Me,” her full-length studio album, marks her entry into an avenue that seems initially unfamiliar to her, but she eventually conquered, with flying colors.

Like what Bea faces with her upcoming teleserye, the much-talked about “Betty La Fea,” she gives her millions of supporters another facet of her, a bit more alternative, but definitely a musicality that is very her. “I’m used to portraying roles that doesn’t reflect my inner personality. It’s the first time that I pour out my heart on this project because it reflects the real me. I’m thankful to Star Records for giving me the chance and allowing me to have the free-hand on choosing the songs I like to record and perform.”
Included in her album are the songs “I’m Missing You,” “You” by Jim Brickman, “Crazy About You,” “Close To You” (original by Whitfield), “I Will Always Love You” (original by Michael Johnson) and “ “Kagandahan which incidentally, will be the official theme song of Betty La Fea.
